Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 1st April 2000

At Gokul Power Electronics, we strive to provide reliable, high-quality motor control panel products for every customer. While we aim to serve with flexibility, cancellations are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

• Customers may request cancellation before the order is shipped by contacting us.

• A cancellation request will only be processed after written confirmation from our team.

• If payment has already been made, the refund will be issued as store credit for future purchases by default.

2. Post-Shipment Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

• However, if the shipment is still in transit, the customer may contact us immediately through phone or email.

• We will make every effort to hold or redirect the shipment, but we do not guarantee interception once dispatched.
  This depends on courier capability and timing.

3. Refund Process

• In case a cancellation is approved before shipping, and a refund is issued:

  • Store credit will be provided by default.

  • In exceptional cases, and only upon approval, the amount may be refunded via the original payment method.

• If the amount is refunded to the original source:

  • We initiate the refund from our end.

  • The timeline for the credit to reflect in your account depends entirely on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled under any condition:

• Orders for custom-built panels or made-to-order products

• Bulk orders processed through purchase orders

• Any order already marked as “Shipped” or “Out for Delivery”

5. Discretionary Right to Refuse Cancellation

• The company reserves the right to reject a cancellation request if it violates any of the above policies or causes material loss to the business.

• Any exceptions to the policy will only be approved in writing by senior management.

6. Fraudulent or Abusive Requests

• Cancellations made under false pretense, misuse, or repetitive refund behavior may be flagged, and we reserve the right to block future orders or take legal action if necessary.

7. Jurisdiction & Legal Compliance

• This cancellation policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
