Open Well Dry Run with Timer

Built for small sump setups — typically motors pushing water up 2-4 storeys — this starter combines the convenience of a timer with protection against two common causes of damage.

Dry-run protection detects when your pump has no water to draw and shuts the motor off automatically, before it can damage itself running empty. A bypass switch lets you disable dry-run detection if needed. Overload protection is set automatically — the first time you install it, just hold the "Push to Set" button for 2 seconds, and it detects and sets the right trip current for your motor on its own, no manual adjustment needed. Indicator lights for Motor On, Overload, and Dry Run keep you informed at a glance.

Press ON to start the motor, and press OFF for an instant manual stop. With the Up/Down buttons, you can also set a running duration — anywhere up to 5 hours, adjustable in minutes — and once that time is up, the motor switches off on its own. Your last timer setting stays saved, so you don't have to set it again every time you start the motor.

A built-in running capacitor is sized specifically for open-well submersible and self-priming motors. Housed in a lightweight, cost-effective plastic body.
