The GTL-304 is a compact 3-phase motor starter built to handle restarts safely after a power interruption. Instead of restarting the motor the instant power returns, it holds off for a set delay — anywhere from 1 second to 5 minutes, adjustable via the front dial — giving the incoming supply time to stabilize before the motor kicks back in. A front-panel switch lets the customer choose between Auto (automatic restart after outage) and Manual (Start/Stop buttons only) operation. Power ON and Motor ON indicator lights show the unit's status at a glance, and it wires directly to the motor with no separate starter needed.
